About My Guest And His Debt Payoff Software
I met Michael Riley, the creator of Zilch, in the late 1980s. He was a Marine who had created this cool program for helping others get out of debt and wondered if I’d like to take a look at it. Talking with him, I could tell he genuinely wanted to be of service, and hoped his program would help others. Little did he know!
This was before the Internet was widely used, and at the time I worked for a non-profit organization that decided to make the program available to consumers. We charged a modest fee and did the work for consumers. They would fill out a worksheet with their credit card information, we would put it in the program, print it out and mail the results to them.
We were blown away by the responses. People were writing back telling us how they now could see the “light at the end of the (long dark) debt tunnel.” The average person requesting a pay-pay off plan owed about $25,000 on multiple cards - and remember this was the late 1980s/early 1990s!
Since then Michael has continued to update improve and offer his software. Of course, consumers can now purchase and use it themselves instead of relying on someone else to run the numbers, but it still achieves the same results: satisfied consumers who see a way out of debt.
Yes, there are other programs out there and some of them are quite good. But I still find myself often returning to and recommending Zilch because it is:
1. Thorough and accurate. The results and longevity of this original debt-payoff program speaks for itself.
2. Easy to use and understand. You’ll see cool little charts that will get you excited about your debt-free plan.
3. Flexible. Want to compare paying off the highest rate balance first to paying off the smallest balance? Easy peazy. You can also try adding different amounts of money to get out of debt faster, or you can try out different debt-free dates. Just be forewarned: it’s addicting!
4. It’s completely confidential. The program resides on your computer so only you know what’s going on. You can update it at any time.
Give it a whirl! I know you’re going to love it. Just be sure to copy me on the fan letter you send Michael. Debt Reduction Software - Zilch Standard
